Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
License: Valid KSA Driving License
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with ERP systems or store/inventory management software.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory reporting.
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and oversee daily store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring proper stock control and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain accurate stock levels.
Maintain proper documentation, including PR & PO, issue slips, and inventory records.
Ensure correct storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
Update inventory data using ERP systems or other store management software.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to management promptly.
