Job Summary
The workshop supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing the daily work within the workshop, supervising the technicians, and ensuring that maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard and on time, while adhering to safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Full supervision of workflow within the workshop
Assigning tasks to technicians and monitoring their performance
Diagnosing faults and overseeing maintenance and repair operations
Ensuring work quality and adherence to technical specifications
Interacting with customers and receiving and delivering vehicles
Monitoring the availability of spare parts and tools
Complying with occupational safety and hygiene procedures
Preparing and submitting daily work reports to management
Skills

Strong technical expertise in automotive maintenance
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve faults
Excellent communication skills with customers and technicians
Time management and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of modern automotive systems
