Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in implementing employee management policies and procedures, and running daily operations such as recruitment, training, attendance and leave management, and employee affairs. Contributes to improving the work environment and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
Responsibilities

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave.
Contribute to the organization of training and development programs.
Support performance evaluations and follow up on promotions and bonuses.
Assist in resolving workplace issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the HR Manager.
